WE ARE EMBYÁ

Through a sensitive perspective, we seek a reconciliation between human occupation and natural processes, defining landscape design actions that enrich ecological and cultural relations.

WE DO
ECOSYSTEM LANDSCAPING

We create meaningful projects that are born from the interaction between people, cultures, policies, economies and ecosystems that are specific to each place.

Licensing

We entered the site before all other work teams to understand the biotic and abiotic factors. We researched previous studies, validated them, and supplemented with new surveys conducted on-site. Our conclusions allow decision-makers (owners, developers, and designers) to have a clear understanding of the restrictions, threats, and potentials affecting their land. We proceed until the issuance of environmental permits and approvals from the respective public agencies.

Budget

We develop the complete landscape design. Our creative process integrates all stakeholders, producing solutions that are mindful of the technical and financial realities of each situation. At different scales, we develop appropriate methodologies to meet various demands, from the simplest to the most complex. We coordinate, for our clients, professionals from complementary disciplines such as agronomy, biology, engineering, lighting design, and irrigation.

Rare plants

Native plants

In all production stages, we apply the best practices for soil management and seedling growth. We have our own production of rare plants on a 10,000 m² area. We take care of species such as bromeliads, cacti, orchids, herbaceous plants, shrubs, and trees that are not found in conventional nurseries.

Supervision

We have a structured team to handle all types of landscaping projects. We work with a network of reliable suppliers who provide us with access to quality materials at competitive prices.

Maintenance

"Our vision of ecosystem-based landscaping extends to both preventive and corrective maintenance, respecting the cycles and resources provided by nature. The healthy aspect of our gardens reflects the careful work of gardeners who are passionate about what they do. We closely monitor their work and professional growth.

Publications

We are teachers of gardening, ecological landscaping, green infrastructure, and urban ecology, affiliated with educational and research institutions, in various formats and stages of the academic life. We constantly strive to improve ourselves, learning and sharing our ideas through lectures and articles, both in Brazil and abroad.
