Located between the dunes and Siriú Beach, the Vereda das Taboas condominium uses the topography of the land as an implementation strategy, located at the bottom of a valley.. The surrounding landscape, marked by the movements of the dunes and the shapes, textures and colors of the sandbank, extends to the internal area of the condominium, implementing dense tree planting and planting native shrub and herbal species adapted to the full sun. In addition to the indoor leisure area, the project has the delimitation of different trails for observing native fauna and flora, sharing with family and neighbors the sun, breeze and quality outdoor time.
