For the CJ Residence project, the landscape intervention integrated into the architecture reinforces the paths for lingering and circulation throughout the site, while simultaneously reducing the visual impact of the existing wall. The plant composition creates a scenic continuity with the surroundings, combining ornamental and mostly native species selected according to full sun, partial shade, and shade conditions. The use of cocoa mulch paths and grassy areas creates different atmospheres along the route, alternating between spaces for circulation, contemplation, and relaxation, thus promoting a more integrated relationship between architecture and landscape.
