Designed for a family passionate about nature, the be.bo architectural project is permeable to the surrounding landscape. Located in the Itanhangá neighborhood, enveloped by the Atlantic Forest and with views of Pedra da Gávea, the plot offers the ideal setting to fulfill the residents' dream: living in the forest. From the building's placement to the careful positioning of decks, access points, and window frames, the garden constantly fills the house. Recognized with an Honorable Mention at the IAB Award 2024. In the design, the selection of plant species was conceived in direct dialogue with the climate, light, and rhythm of the house, establishing smooth transitions between the built and natural environments. The result is a space that invites pause, contemplation, and experience.
