The landscape design project for Inhaúma Park, located on the banks of the Timbó River, integrates environmental solutions focused on urban drainage and enhancing the natural landscape. Broadly, the park's design pursues two main objectives: to enhance the ecological functions of existing open spaces and enable them to host outdoor sports and leisure activities. Extensive rain gardens assist in the detention and infiltration of stormwater, contributing to the mitigation of flooding during extreme weather events. The proposal combines green infrastructure, environmental restoration, and community spaces, fostering greater connection with nature and improving the quality of public space.
