The project at the Ilha Pura development aims to enhance communal spaces by creating multifunctional lounge areas, encouraging collective use and users to linger. The new layer of vegetation plays a leading role, with the densification of existing plant beds and the adoption of native, resilient, and low-maintenance species, contributing to microclimatic comfort. The proposal also seeks to strengthen the integration between the buildings, the pool area, the playground, and the park, creating fluid, pleasant pathways permeated by vegetation. The material palette adopts a restrained and neutral aesthetic, valuing and harmonizing with the complex's existing features.
