The landscaping project drew inspiration from Humaitá's distinctive landscape, highlighting the forests and rocks of the Tijuca Massif and the natural elements found in the neighborhood's streets. The design combines ornamental species adapted to local conditions, featuring flowers, foliage, and fruits that enrich the plant composition. The landscape concept integrates greenery with the contemporary architectural lines, framing views and creating welcoming spaces for socializing and family moments.
