The Environmental Feasibility Study (EFS) for Fazenda Blanchete, located in the municipality of Macaé, presents an integrated analysis of the area's environmental and territorial conditions, focusing on identifying restrictions and guidelines for potential changes in land use and occupation. Based on geospatial analyses, the study considers the existing conditions and natural characteristics of the property, addressing aspects such as geomorphology, vegetation cover, land use, water resources, drainage, permanent preservation areas (PPAs), preserved forest fragments (PFFs), and current environmental legislation. Finally, technical guidelines are established to contribute to responsible territorial management, risk prevention, and the sustainability of the undertaking. The study is consolidated into summary maps of restrictions and guidelines.
