The landscape proposal considers the site's biophysical conditions, the architectural design, and the clients' requirements for the outdoor areas. We aim to create a harmonious living environment integrated with nature, utilizing native or non-invasive exotic species, including existing trees on the property. The chosen species offer aesthetic appeal, low maintenance, and good performance under various light conditions, while also contributing to ecological functions. The project incorporates natural ground beds, slab-mounted planters on the ground floor and residential unit levels, as well as lounge and circulation areas.
