The new Canecão building will be integrated into a large public and semi-public square, promoting the appreciation of the venue's historical memory and its re-signification in the city. The landscape architecture project proposes spacious, multifunctional, and environmentally sound outdoor areas, designed for events, social interaction, and the daily life of the neighborhood. The planting design prioritizes native Atlantic Forest species, highlighting ecosystem services — such as microclimate improvement, soil permeability, and fauna attraction — and reinforcing the creation of resilient landscapes in the face of climate change. In this way, history, ecology, and architecture converge in a sustainable and culturally significant urban space.
